We offer free personalization which takes 2 working days to produce. All orders are expected to be dispatched within 5 business days of order received. Very soft fabric and my granddaughter loves it
I have purchased the same style bags from 2 of my elder daughters and they looked brilliant and were of very good quality. Even when they arrived for their birthdays the packing was done very naively. I was however quite dissatisfied on the arrival of this one as it did not give me the same excitement. Once it was opened I could not compare the quality with the existing pieces I had which was disappointing considering the price I had paid. But the biggest downfall for this bag I have to say is the design failure. Where the whole significance of this bags design is having a personalised doll attached to it, this is demonstrated in a poor way. When wearing the bag the dolls head dropes off the bag as there is no button to secure it up against. Secondly my daughter’s name is in the waist of the doll which is hidden behind the strap it sits in.

Absolutely beautiful, perfect size to fit spare cloth, nappy wipe/nappies and water bottle, for my daughter to take to preschool, I ordered two other bags from eBay but it was too small to fit anything in there, I’m so pleased with the bag, also the size, as it’s not too big or too small, just perfect size and my little girl loves her bag.

👶🏻Federico immediately fell in love with him as soon as he saw him and treated him as if he were a smaller child, he gave him milk, put him to sleep and covered him with a sheet and says his name is Gianni😅 (like his character favorite cartoon). They are very soft to the touch and really well made. The backpack is large enough to carry everything you need such as change of clothes, towels, water... or games as Federico uses them, in fact we even took it on holiday with us🥰

For this as a little extra for my granddaughter for Christmas. She’s only 18 months but is at nursery & they need a bag. I choose the cheeky smile as it’s her double 😂 she loved it. When she opened she wanted it on & she’s never done that with her old bag. She had it on for most of Christmas Day 🤣 I also ordered the lorry with cars in for my 3 month old grandson. Again it’s lovely. A little smaller than I thought, but that makes no difference to him. I left it late to order and was concerned it wouldn’t arrive in time. I emailed the company & they explained their normal turnaround so fingers crossed, but thankfully it came. Just want to get her the doll to match now. 😊
